Kakatiya University's Placement Cell, established in 2002, is dedicated to facilitating placements for students across various disciplines, including arts, commerce, management, engineering science, and social sciences.  The university has successfully guided numerous students in acquiring the essential skills for securing positions aligned with their career aspirations. The Placement Cell organizes On-campus Interview Programs, Off-campus Interview Programs, and Job Fairs to enhance opportunities for students.

In 2021, Kakatiya University reported a median package of INR 8.52 LPA for BTech placements. For LLB and LLM placements during the same year, the average compensation stood at INR 2.5 LPA and INR 5 LPA, respectively. Among the 51 students who participated in the BPharm placements, 22 secured positions in 2021, with a median compensation package of INR 6.5 LPA.
