BE/ B.tech and B.Arch Courses Admissions  
  • DY Patil University offers B.E. / B.tech, B.Arch, and lateral entry BE courses on its campus and through constituent colleges. The minimum eligibility for admission to all UG courses is passing HSC with a minimum of 50 % marks. For lateral entry courses in BE, candidates applying should have passed 3 3-year Diploma Courses in the concerned subject with at least 60% marks.
  • Admission to B.tech and B.Arch courses is given based on JEE Main/ MHT – CET and NATA
Admissions to BAMS, MBBS, Physiotherapy, and BDS Programs
  • Candidates must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with at least 50% in each of the subjects of physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology, and English to be considered for admission to the MBBS, BAMS, BPT, and BDS programs.
  • Candidates for MBBS should also be required to complete a mandatory one-year rotating internship. An internship of six months is required for the BPT program.
  • A valid NEET UG scorecard is necessary for admission to the BAMS, BPT, BDS, and MBBS programs.
Admissions for UG Courses  
  • At the undergraduate level, Dr. DY Patil University offers three-year BBA and Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Sciences programs. A full-time graduate program in exercise sciences is called BSES. A minimum of 45% in the HSC is required for admission to BBA programs.
  • A minimum of 50% in the PCB/PCM/PCMB subject combination from their HSC is required of applicants to the BSES program. Admission to BBA programs is determined by a university entrance exam and interview.
  • Direct admission to BSES is granted based only on passing the qualifying exam.
Admissions for ME/M.tech, M.Arch, and M.Sc. Courses  
  • The university offers M.tech courses in biotechnology and bioinformatics as well as ME degree programs in four subject areas. The institute also provides an M.Sc. program in four areas and a two-year M.Arch. program in architecture.
  • Applicants for these courses ought to have completed their graduation in the relevant field. The GATE entrance exam, which is administered by IITs, is the basis for admission to ME degree programs.
  • Candidates for M.Tech and M.Sc. programs are chosen based on the results of the university's entrance exam. The DTE, Maharashtra, uses the MAH M.Arch-CET results to determine which candidates are selected for the Master of Architecture program.
  • The MAH-M.Arch-CET is a sixty-minute online test. 50 multiple-choice questions overall for 100 marks make up the exam. There are ten questions posed in each of the following categories: current architectural practices, history and humanities, building technology, environment, architecture, and settlement design and planning.
Admissions for PG, MD, MS, and MDS diploma programs
  • In several subject areas, DY Patil University provides PG courses for MD, MS, and MDS degrees. A one-year mandatory rotational internship is required for MD and MS candidates who have completed their MBBS program from an MCI-recognized institution.
  • Candidates for MDS programs must have earned a 50% grade in BDS. NEET PG is used to determine who gets into PG courses.        
  • Applicants for Ayurvedic courses must have received at least a 50% in their BAMS exam.
Admissions to MBA Programs
  • There are fifteen distinct MBA programs offered by DY Patil University. Part-time MBA programs are also available. The minimum requirement to apply to an MBA school is to graduate with at least 50% of your class in any subject.
  • To be admitted, a valid scorecard from either of the CMAT, MAH CET, or CAT exams is needed. The University administers its entrance exam to applicants who do not have this scorecard.
  • The final decision is made based on the GD and interview.
Courses for B.Ed. and MA Admissions   
  • DY Patil University also offers admission to B.Ed. and MA programs in the field of education. Candidates for the B.Ed. course should have completed their undergraduate degree in any field, and those for the MA course should have completed both their B.Ed. and graduate degrees.
  • The university exam is the basis for admission to the B.Ed program.
