The Placement Cell in Ethiraj College For Women has been functional since 1998. It has been assisting students with recruitment into a reputed organization for their careers. The college holds an annual event called “BHAVISHYA”, which is a two-day career fair that draws prominent corporate companies to interact and deliberate on career options with students.
Some of the major recruiters of the college are Wipro, CTS, TCS, HCL, Google, Goldman Sachs, and more. In the 2018-29 internship, the students were offered a stipend of INR 17,000.
