The candidate has to fill the Application Form completely and correctly, ensuring that no mandatory field has been left unfilled.

Application Form will be considered filled and submitted only after successful submission of Entrance Test Fee.

Following a successful payment, the candidate must download and print a copy of the Application Form and Fee Receipt of Entrance Test for the record.

Admit Cards will be made available on the College Admission Portal on the College's Official Website www.ecc.ac.in.

Online Admission Counselling

Online Admission Process For Students Seeking Admission Through Cuet – 2023 Score In B.A., B.SC., B.COM. Or BCA In Academic Session 2023-2024

1. Admission will be done based on the CUET – 2023 score merit list only.

2. Visit the College Admission Portal available on the College Official Website: www.ecc.ac.in and click on “Admission”. You will be redirected to the Admission Page.

3. Click on “UG Admission” and select B.A. or B. Sc., B. Com. or BCA as per your choice of course.

4. Fill up the complete Admission Form. In case you desire to avail weightage under any one of the categories, please make sure that you upload self-attested copies of the category document failing which category weightage will not be granted and you will be considered for admission as a General Candidate.

5. Please visit (Page No. 5 & 6) of this Prospectus to see all details of Category Weightage.

6. After submission of the Admission Form and relevant admission fee if any, your name will become part of the merit list prepared based on the CUET – 2023 score.

Eligibility:

1. Candidates with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in Master's Degree in Sciences / Social Sciences / Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto are eligible for admission to the program

2. Candidates seeking admission in various streams shall follow the eligibility criteria as mentioned below:

B. Ed. (Arts Stream) – Candidate must have done B.A. / M.A.

B. Ed. (Science Stream – Candidate must have done B. Sc. / M. Sc. / B. Tech. / M. Tech.

B. Ed. (Commerce Stream – Candidate must have done B. Com. / M. Com.

3. Allotment of Stream in B. Ed. shall be done based on the claim made by the candidate at the time of filling out the Admission Form.

Documents:

1. Originals of Mark sheets and Certificates of educational qualifications (High School, Intermediate, Graduation, Post-Graduation)

2. Originals of Certificates claiming privilege marks.

3. Original Medical Certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer (C.M.O)/Chief Medical Superintendent (C.M.S). (For getting the application forwarded by the Chairman of, the Admission Committee, the candidate must contact the office at 9:00 AM on the date of call. With the forwarded application, they can obtain the Medical Certificate from Allahabad CMO/CMS to complete the admission formalities on the same day.

4. Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate/Character Certificate.

5. In the case of Christian candidates Original Baptism Certificate the scanned copy of which they have submitted along with the Application form.

6. Original relieving or leave-sanctioned letter of the employer in case of candidates employed in any institution/organization.

7. Candidates who fail to report on the given date and time will forfeit their right of admission.
