FAD International hosts a plethora of undergraduate and postgraduate level certificate, diploma, and degree programs for students. The courses offered by the institute are industry-oriented programs on Art and Design, Fashion Design, and Styling, Transport Design, Fashion Marketing, Film and Video, Fine Art, Photography, and more.
Aspirants with a minimum qualification of 10+2 or equivalent are eligible to pursue their desired UG course. Postgraduate candidates must fulfill the minimum qualification of a Bachelor’s degree in any stream. The institute mainly selects candidates based on their performance in the written interview and essay writing. However, for certain courses, an additional personal interview session (via phone/ Skype) is organized.
Candidates seeking admission to the various courses offered by FAD International are required to go through the following steps for application and selection, as detailed below:
Candidates may choose between online and offline modes for filling and submitting of application form as desired. For online applications, the applicant may use the “Apply Now” tab on the institute website. Offline applicants may collect the form from the FAD International campus, or request a copy of the same via. post.
The application form submitted online or posted to the institute campus goes through an internal review following which students are emailed a list of supporting documents including an entrance questionnaire.The Entrance questionnaire must be filled by the student either online or on campus. Outstation students are allowed two days from the date of receiving the same to submit the questionnaire.
Applications with completed entrance questionnaires will then be reviewed by the relevant academic department for further evaluation. For certain courses, candidates may need to write an essay on a given topic, in which case the topic will be shared via email. Candidates who have been assigned essay topics must complete and submit the same within 2 working days via email or hard copy submitted at the institute campus. Shortlisted candidates will have to go through a personal interview session for further evaluation.
Candidates selected for admission will be given a Conditional Offer Letter in the initial phase. Conditions outlined regarding any further pending documents or other requirements must be met by the student within the stipulated dates.
