The Training and Placement Cell as a link between the industry and the students. The Training & Placement Cell firmly believes in “Industry-Institute Interaction". The placement department has continuous interaction with the industries to have an idea of what the industries expect from our students who work under the guidance of the Principal and Placement Cell Officer. The institute organizes various activities that are conducted in order to guide the students for improving their aptitude, communication, group discussion, interview skills, etc necessary at the time of the placement drive. Industry experts are invited to make awareness. The students have been placed in various companies like BYJU’s, Persistence, Etech, Apex Buildcon Pvt. Ltd., ICICI, L&T Infotech, Tech-Mahindra, Wipro, etc.

GHRU Placement Cell

GHRU operates a specialized placement cell known as the Training and Placement Cell, dedicated to facilitating placements and internships for a wide range of students. In addition to inviting companies to the campus for recruitment drives, the GHRU placement cell coordinates various activities aimed at enhancing students' skills and industry exposure. These initiatives include industrial and educational visits, on-the-job training opportunities during vacations, industrial tours, live projects, and similar activities. Companies spanning various sectors such as Banking and Finance, Marketing and Sales, Education Technology, and Information Technology, among others, actively recruit students from the university for employment opportunities.
