Gandhi P.R. College Required Documents for Application

Applicants must attach the following documents with their application forms:

1. An attested copy of the mark sheet of the qualifying examination.
2. Certificate of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes/Minorities/Other Backward Classes/Freedom Fighter.
3. Certificate of sports/N.C.C./N.S.S.
4. Notarized certificate for any gap during studies.
5. Certificate for parents employed in M.P. Govt. (class three/four).
6. Certificate of profession/transfer order for parents or guardians transferred from outside M.P.
7. Original School Leaving/Transfer Certificate.
8. Character certificate signed by a Gazetted Officer.
9. Migration Certificate if applicable (for students from boards/universities other than the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education or Barkatullah University).

Incomplete application forms or missing documents will not be accepted and will be canceled. The Principal has the authority to cancel admission if any misleading information or documents are provided. NRI-sponsored candidates must submit a sponsorship certificate along with their application forms.

Fee Rules:

1. Payment Options: Fees can be paid in monthly installments or as a lump sum.
2. Non-refundable: Fees once deposited are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.
3. Payment Deadline: Monthly fees must be paid by the 10th of every month. A fine of Rs. 10/- per day will be charged for late payments.
4. Payment Methods: Fees can be paid through cash, cheque, or DD in favor of "Principal, Gandhi P.R. College" payable at Bhopal.
5. Fee Modifications: Fees are subject to change as per government rules.
6. Bank Drafts: Bank drafts must be deposited in the institute account by the last date for fee submission.
7. Non-refundable Dues: Fees and other dues are non-refundable even if the student leaves the course.
8. Transfer Dues: Students seeking transfer must deposit the total dues for the entire year.
9. Refundable Deposits: Caution money and library deposits are refundable without interest upon course completion and are not adjusted with other fees.
10. Additional Fees: Students must pay additional fees such as college annual day fees, library fees, university exam fees, university cultural fees, sports and union fees, and environment fees.
11. Notice Board Information: Students should regularly check the notice board for any updates regarding fees. The college is not responsible for students missing important notices.
12. Fee Card: Fees will not be accepted without the fee card. All payments must be recorded in the fee card to be considered valid.
13. No Dues Certificate: Students will be allowed to appear in examinations only after obtaining a No Dues Certificate.
14. Course Fee: Total course fees for the complete year must be deposited before the final practical exam.
