The college hosts a comprehensive "Career Development Center" dedicated to managing student placement affairs and supporting career development. From the moment of admission, the Career Development Center assists students in recognizing their potential and guides them toward launching successful careers. Specialized training in communication skills and personality development is offered to enhance students' professional readiness. The CDC operates from an independent office equipped with facilities such as a seminar hall, classrooms for written tests, online test facilities for up to 100 students simultaneously, separate interview, and group discussion rooms.

TRAINING CELL

The college provides placement services in reputable firms and has taken on the responsibility of conducting campus interviews for students' placements in renowned organizations. Regular campus interviews are conducted by leading companies, resulting in the selection of many students. The Chairman closely oversees the Placement Cell, and the use of cell phones within the college campus is strictly prohibited.

COUNSELLING

The college has established a board of counselors, each consisting of faculty members in every department. These counselors are assigned to specific groups of students and guide them on various matters, including personal concerns. Counselors personally oversee the overall progress of the students in their charge, providing guidance in a broader perspective to ensure consistent growth in both studies and other areas. Student performance in tests is closely monitored, and progress reports are regularly sent to parents. Interaction between parents and faculty members is encouraged to jointly supervise student progress. Special attention is given to students who may underperform, and every effort is made by the management to provide the necessary support for students to excel in university examinations.
