The internship unit at GIBS acts as an academic interface, helping students to systematically improve their employability with business organizations. It also provides a platform for companies to find the best GIBS managers. Students from all fields can receive career guidance from a professional advisor. GIBS also has a GIBS graduate school which takes place every Saturday. The placement cell organizes various activities and workshops like CV writing, aptitude tests, soft skills training, personal interaction sessions, GD, and student interviews. 460 Leadership Conversation Series and 2000 Alumni Network 

The institute recently completed its  PGDM placement in 2023 with 100% placement. 10 startups from the campus in 2023. Major recruiters  Berger Paints, UpGrad, BYJU's, ICICI Bank, Practo Technologies, Dell, Decathlon, Phone Pe, etc participated in the recruitment. The  highlights of the internship are given below:
