We sincerely believe that those students who have come from other cities to study at one of our institutions must be provided with a feeling of 'home away from home'. Keeping this in mind, we try to make the lives of the students residing on the campus as comfortable as possible.
Independent Students' Welfare Cell looks after the genuine needs, requirements, and grievances or complaints of the students, if any. This cell is headed by the Dean of students' Welfare. In addition to DSW, a senior female faculty is designated as Deputy-dean Students' Welfare who looks after the welfare and other issues about the female students.
To ensure that the students are adequately protected against various ailments and health emergencies, full-time residential doctors are available round-the-clock along with part-time doctors. One of these is a lady doctor who looks after female students and visits the girls' hostel.
