Eligibility

Minimum qualification for polytechnic admission

• A pass in the 10th Standard (SSLC) Examination or equivalent qualification.

Qualification for lateral entry

• For Lateral Entry into the second year (III semesters of the course), The candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary (Academic or Vocational) Examinations of 10 plus 2 pattern, with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Pure Science as the study subjects.

• A Pass in ITI 2 YEARS TRADE

• HSC (Academic & Vocational) A pass in HSC or equivalent conducted by Higher Secondary School in Tamil Nadu HSC Board Schools

• Any other qualification recognized as equivalent to a pass in HSC or Tamilnadu Higher Schools by the Director of Secondary Education Board, Tamilnadu.

The completed application form should attached with the following details. 10th mark sheet (original and attested Xerox copies 2 no’s). 12th mark sheet (original and attested Xerox copies 2 no’s) – for lateral entry students. TC (original and attested Xerox copies 2 no’s). Community Certificate (original and Xerox copies 2 no’s). Income certificate (original ) – applicable only for those applying Scholarships. Attendance certificate (original) – applicable only for those applying Scholarships. PPhotos( passport size and stamp size – 6 no’s each).
