The Gomathi Ambal College has its own department they call it placement cell. The responsibility of the placement cell is to train the students for their final placement, by organizing different activities such as organizing personality development classes, group discussions, etc. That helps in enhancing the soft skills of the students.
The placement cell also provides a brief outlook about the skills and other talents of their students to the companies that participate in the recruitment process, making it easier for them to hire the required candidates.
