GPCP, Ernakulam Placement Cell
Our Career Guidance and Placement Cell's main philosophy is "quality employment for sustainability." Placements occur through both on-campus and off-campus channels in almost all cases. Through Industry on Campus (IoC), Production and Training Centre (PAT), FABLab, Outreach programmes, and IEDC initiatives, we make sure that at least 20% of students in every programme are equipped with the necessary skills for immediate employment. These students receive mentorship in all the industry-required capabilities, such as improved customer service skills and technical abilities that must be possessed from the first day of work without further instruction.
The college provides the following resources for centralized placements, serving as a central recruitment point.
- State-of-the-art auditorium complex with 850 PAX and generator backup.
- Seminar hall with 120 PAX with PA and ICT facilities.
- Mini seminar hall for online interaction system set with IT infrastructure worth 20 lakhs by Kerala
- State Information Technology Infrastructure Limited.
- More than 250 computers are on the network for online examinations.
- Two number of interview rooms for campus placements.
- Language lab with 25 computers to test language proficiency.
