There is active participation in Post Graduate College (GPGC Ambala Cantt) sports activities including local level tournaments and Inter-collegiate Tournament organized by Gharwal University. The college team participates in the following inter-collegiate Tournaments of Kumouan University.

Annual games are organized in the Post Graduate College (GPGC Ambala Cantt). selected student further plays intercollege and inter-university sports events every year. Annual games and sports functions are organized in the college. A sportsperson may participate in up to three competitions. The best sportsperson is nominated champion.
Government Post Graduate College (GPGC Ambala Cantt) has a hostel that can accommodate more than 100 students. A hostel facility is available for students coming from distant areas.
