GPREC B.Tech Admission 2024
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who have completed or are in the final year of Class XII or its equivalent exams with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) from a recognized board are eligible to apply.
Candidates in the final year of Diploma in Engineering can also apply.
Applicants should have taken the AP EAMCET Entrance Exam.
Applications will be screened for eligibility, and eligible candidates will be notified about further details.
Selection Criteria
Admission is based on the performance in the AP EAMCET conducted by JNTUK.
Candidates must register and participate in EAMCET Web Counselling.
Admission will be granted through Web Counselling based on the rank obtained in the AP EAMCET Exam.

AP EAMCET is conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Kakinada, followed by counseling conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE).
Of the total seats available in an engineering branch, 70% are Category – A seats or Convener seats. The remaining 30% seats are Category – B seats or Management Quota Seats.
Admissions for Category – A seats are conducted by the Convener, EAMCET Admissions through web counseling based on the EAMCET rank.
Category-B seats are filled by the college Management following the guidelines stipulated by APSCHE, Hyderabad.
Admission Procedure for B.Tech (3 Year Programs for Diploma Holders)
Of the total seats in an engineering branch, 20% (supernumerary seats) are reserved for Diploma Holders for direct admission into the 2nd Year of B.Tech.
Admissions into the 2nd Year B.Tech through lateral entry for Diploma Holders are conducted by The Convener, ECET(FDH) Admissions through web counseling based on the rank obtained by the candidates in ECET(FDH) and the rules of reservations.
There are no Category-B (Management Quota) Seats for lateral entry into the 2nd Year B.Tech.
GPREC M.Tech Admission 2024
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline for admission to PG Courses with a minimum of 55% (5% relaxation for SC/ST categories).
Candidates should have appeared in the entrance exam PGECET or GATE.
Selection Criteria
Candidates are selected based on the PGECET (Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test of Telangana state) conducted by Osmania University on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) or GATE score, subject to fulfilling the minimum marks requirement in the qualifying examination.
