The placement Cell is provided with all the facilities to enable deserving students of Guru Nanak Institute of Technology to get competitive placements. The Training & Placement Cell plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for Undergraduates and post-graduates passing out from college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates around the year to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.

This department prepares the students for the process of recruitment and simultaneously creates awareness among companies about the recruitment opportunities at Guru Nanak Institute of Technology.

At present, the competition for employment is increasing every day and placement has become a challenging task. Training students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, the development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet these requirements, a fully-fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of engineering graduates at par with industry standards.
