The H.H. The Rajahs College (Autonomous), Pudukkottai has a Career Guidance and Placement Unit (CGPU) a non-profit organization staffed by a placement officer and staff, with the assistance of student representatives from various departments. The CGPU's mission is to facilitate the placement of students in the leadership of corporate organizations through on-campus recruitment. The CGPU organizes a variety of activities, such as lectures, seminars, and group discussions, as well as mock interviews, for the purpose of providing career guidance, entrepreneurship, and personality development. Additionally, the placement cell provides the students with information regarding job openings in India and beyond, as well as self-employment opportunities.
