Training

The Training & Placement Department at HEC aims at the overall development of students' careers starting from the entry into the college in 1st year with Induction/Orientation, Personality Development, Summer Internships, Industrial Visits, Expert Lectures by Industry professionals, In-House classes on Aptitude & English (Written and Spoken), Group Discussion and finally leading to healthy placement during 4th/final year in the Campus and Off Campus. The Training & Placement Department has entered into an MOU agreement together with Aspiring Minds Assessment Private Ltd., Gurgaon for the AMCAT Test, and eLitmus for the PH test to assess B.Tech. students for placement into prominent IT firms. Triniti, Chandigarh is the placement training partner and also coaches students from the 2nd year until the 4th year. They provide an orientation for students in the final year for placement on campus at the campus of the university.
