HIET has an independent and well-organized Training and placement cell headed by an exclusively dedicated and experienced former member of the Top Management Team of a large nationalized bank who has worked across the country and widely traveled abroad with very cordial relationships in the corporate world to monitor employment potentials and manage campus interviews for the students. The objective of the Training and Placement cell is to arrange for 100% placement by inviting reputed companies for campus recruitment and on-the-job training for which the college is in contact with more than 200 companies.

Various lectures by distinguished experts are conducted on topics like “How to face the interviews, group discussion, and paper presentation, etc.” For the industrial training of the students, orientation programs are scheduled and companies are invited to the college to provide further information to the students for summer training
