Haryana Institute of Technology (HIT) offers Engineering courses under four different specializations at the UG level. All these courses are for four years. Admission to these programs is done through JEE (Main). The institute also offers a B.Tech degree under lateral entry which is of a duration period of three years. Admission to the lateral B.Tech is done through the Lateral Entry Entrance Test (LEET).

For regular B.Tech courses,  candidates should have passed the 10+2 examination and have obtained at least 45% marks from a recognized board/university with physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the subjects: Chemistry or Bio-Technology Computer Science or BiologyApplication forms for JEE Main can be obtained from the official website. 5% marks relaxation for the SC/ST candidates shall be considered.
