HGAE Placement Department is highly dynamic and has been efficient in placing students into profiles of their choice. The Placement Department is headed by the Dean-Placement and ably supported by Assistant Placement Officers, Staff, and Student Coordinators. Campus placement training plays a vital role in determining the career goals of students. Placement training has specific goals of improving student’s capability, capacity, productivity, and performance. This is particularly common in training skills and technical expertise requiring a very high degree of practice. As the learning skill of one candidate is different from another we ensure that our training strategy caters to all the candidates as they require. Our training practices include aptitude training through field veterans and powdered by online learning portals. The department monitors employment opportunities and arranges campus interviews for the final year students. It is designed to function with a high degree of professionalism. It provides almost instantaneous data to the corporate sector about the candidates available for consideration towards placement by the preserved requirements. The Team interacts with reputed organizations all over the country to arrange campus interviews for the final year students. We make efforts to organize technical seminars, workshops, and corporate expectation sessions. Industry personnel are invited periodically to enrich the knowledge of our student community with the latest technological innovations and industry practices. Our Campus recruitment program starts at the commencement of the 7th semester and continues till the end of the academic year. Students are also allowed to participate in Off-Campus drives.

Training activities are well thought-out throughout the year to prepare students for Campus Selection. The Placement and Training Division is headed by Nirmal Abraham. The prime objective of the Placement Division is to aid our students in getting placed in leading national and multinational companies. The Placement Division of Holy Grace motivates our students to realize their high career expectations through its comprehensive training programs and various confidence-building sessions. This division also collaborates with foremost corporate sectors to assist with internship and training programs for the welfare of the students. With its innovative strategies, the Placement Division always focuses on shaping the future of our students toward prosperity
