In addition to their usual jobs on offer, IBI's regular recruiters further demonstrated their belief in the caliber of talent by opening up more of their desired opportunities. A total of 250 businesses acknowledged that they would be taking part in the placement process. The highest CTC was INR 35 LPA, while the average was INR 7 LPA. Companies from a wide range of departments, including consulting, general management, finance, strategy, sales and marketing, operations, and human resources, responded overwhelmingly to the placement season. Numerous startups also made their specialized profiles public in order to make use of IBI's talent pool.
