IAS Academy Placements are offered to all eligible candidates through the Placement cell of the Institute. The students are well-groomed and trained before they finally appear for the recruitment process. Several Communication and Personality Development Sessions and seminars are organized to make the student placement-ready. These placement opportunities are offered by organizing on-campus and off-campus Interviews with the recruiting companies. Srl -Lab, Ashoka -Lab, Potra, Julian Day School, and St.Xaviers are among the frequent recruiters at the Institute. The highest and Average Salaries offered to the IAS candidates are Rs. 5 lakhs p.a. and Rs. 2 lakhs p.a. respectively.
