IBMR Gurgaon guarantees placements to all its MBA/ PGDM students enrolled in the 2022 session with a Minimum CTC of Rs 4.50 lakh per annum with the following conditions.
1. Students should be active and should participate in all the extra activities of the colleges.
2. Students should have a Minimum 75% attendance in all 4 semesters of a years program
3. Students should attain a Minimum of 80% attendance in all extra courses offered under PGPM.
4. Students should not have any indiscipline issues in college with any of the staff/faculty during the course of study.
5. Students should have cleared all fees for college, transport, hostel, exams, and fine dues, in time, for availing of guarantee placements.
6. Students should have completed an internship on time and should have submitted the Internship report, and project reports on time.
7. Students should follow all rules and regulations of the college and should have no complaints against them.
8. Students should have attended all seminars, workshops, and Industrial visits, organized by the college during their 2-year tenure
9. Students should not have any cheating/malpractice cases in any of the internal/external/viva voice/project submissions/university exams
10. Students should have cleared all University exams without any reappearing status
