IECGI, Greater Noida Placement Cell

A placement unit at IECGI, Greater Noida serves as a link between the industry and the institute. There are around 4500 eminent recruiters in the institute. In partnership with organizations like NASSCOM, Aricent, EXL Service, Centum Learning, etc., the cell offers on-campus training in areas including digital marketing, data analysis, JAVA, and more. 50% of eligible students from the 2023 batch also received campus placement prior to the conclusion of the pre-final semester, while 95% of eligible students from the 2022 batch received campus employment with an average compensation package of INR 4.00 LPA. Partners in industry training that the institute works with include Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, Cisco, Google, SAP, and TCSion. Beginning in the first year, the Placement Cell arranges career advisory sessions for every student. The cell arranges training programs like Mock Interviews, Group Discussions, Communication Skills Workshops, etc It also invites Corporate leaders from different industries to conduct training programs for final-year students.

More than 400+ companies organized online, and offline campus drives during 2021 and 2022. The major USP of IEC College is “Earn While You Learn”. The institute organizes a specialization-based On-Job-Learning program of 06 Months with INR 20,000 to INR 35,000 per month stipend.
