The Center provides personal contact with students to help them develop an educational plan and guide them through their school years to ultimately guide them toward their career goals.  Training and internships are essential parts of any engineering graduate seeking the right perspective and guidance before entering the job market. International companies need well-prepared graduates with the right combination of academic knowledge and soft skills. Frequent industrial tours are organized to allow students to familiarize themselves with the current industrial environment. The center runs a variety of training programs and successfully places students in various business entities in India and abroad. Personnel development courses are regularly organized for students.
