The Training and Placement cell at IFTM University is a key component in finding job opportunities for undergraduate and post-graduates graduating from the University by placing them in well-known companies and industrial facilities. This Cell works year-round to provide career advice and counseling to the students and maintain relationships with various industries.

The cell organizes a variety of training programs throughout the year, such as Mock Interviews and Group Discussions, as well as Communication Skill Workshops, to enable students to hone their soft skills. These sessions are designed to provide students with the opportunity to ask questions and engage in constructive dialogue. Additionally, the cell organizes seminars, workshops, and guest lectures, which are essential tools for faculty, students, and experts to learn. The Department works closely with the companies/industries to gain an in-depth understanding of their requirements and recruitment processes and then assists in the recruitment of the most suitable candidates.
