Admission:

The announcement regarding enrollment in the Ab-initio CPL course is typically featured in Employment News and other prominent newspapers, usually in March/April.  The application format is also provided within the advertisement.

Selection Procedure:

Candidates who successfully pass the Online Test undergo a Pilot Aptitude Test and Interview. Following the guidelines set by the Government of India (GOI), a merit list is meticulously prepared for various candidate categories. The shortlisted candidates are then issued instructions to join in batches, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources. Batch formations depend on the commitment money paid by the candidate to secure their seat on a first-come, first-served basis.

Examination Centres:

The Online Test for the Entrance Exam is conducted on a nationwide basis, encompassing major cities across all Indian States and Union Territories, contingent upon the availability of a sufficient of candidates at respective centers. 

Medical:

Candidates are required to have a minimum height of 5ft 2 inches. A Class 2 Medical Certificate is mandatory before joining the course, and it is recommended to undergo a Class 1 Medical examination at the earliest since it is a prerequisite for the issuance of CPL. The DGCA website provides a list of authorized Class I Medical Examination Centres.

How to Apply for IGRUA 2023:

To seek admission to IGRUA in 2023, interested candidates must follow the application process outlined below:

Apply online exclusively through the official website.

Before initiating the online application, ensure that the following documents are readily available:

a. Scanned image of a recent colored photograph of the candidate

b. Scanned signature of the candidate (file size not exceeding 80KB, in JPEG format)

c. Email ID

d. Mobile   

e. Mark sheets for class 10th and class 12th.

Remit the non-refundable application fee of INR 6,000 for general and OBC candidates either through online modes (internet banking, debit, or credit cards) or offline mode (Bank Challan payable at any branch of State Bank of India, following instructions for fee deposit). 

Candidates belonging to SC & ST categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

Provide a valid email ID and mobile during the online application process, ensuring their active status until the declaration of results.

Ensure that the application includes all necessary details, such as the application fee, required documents, and information as per the entrance notification, to avoid rejection.
