Admission to the B.Tech/B.Tech-MS program will be based on performance in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE)/Main conducted by the National Testing Agency(NTA) (subject to change if any ordered by Ministry of Education, Govt. of India) through the counselling under JoSAA/CSAB Click here for details..

The number of seats in each branch of the B.Tech/B. The tech-MS program for which admission is to be made will be decided by its Academic Advisory Committee/Senate. Seats are reserved for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, EWS Category, and Physically challenged candidates as per the guidelines set by the Government of India.

Indian Institute of Information and Technology (IIIT) Kottayam offers UG, PG, and doctoral-level programs in the field of engineering. At the UG level, IIIT Kottayam offers BTech courses across four specializations. IIIT Kottayam inducts candidates for the BTech program based on a valid rank in JEE-Main and the admission process is executed as per the guidelines established by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA).
