IIIT Surat B.Tech Admission 

IIIT Surat offers a four-year B.Tech program in two specializations, namely Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Computer Science (CSE) and Engineering with a total intake capacity of 66 for each specialization. Admissions to the program are done on the basis of JEE Main rank followed by JoSAA Counselling.

IIIT Surat B.Tech Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate must have passed 10+2 with PCM subject with a minimum of 50% of marks and the candidates belonging to SC and ST must have 45% of marks.

• The candidates who want to be admitted through lateral entry must have completed a diploma after matriculation or after 10+2 in the relevant field.

IIIT Surat B.Tech Selection Criteria

Selection of candidates will be done through the JoSAA Counseling seat allotment process. Seats are allocated on the basis of JEE Main rank, category, choice filling, and other factors. The Institute does not make any decisions in the seat allocation process.
