The  Indian Institute Of Management, Bodhgaya placement cell diligently gathers comprehensive details about the professional profiles of students. In response, students submit "Expressions of Interest (EOI)." Recruiters then assess and shortlist suitable candidates, communicating their selections to the placement office.

The subsequent step involves on-campus interviews, leading to the issuance of job offers by companies. Recruiters may also conduct off-site interviews with students. Only students who have registered for a specific job profile are considered for the corresponding job opening, and their names and CVs are shared with the respective company.  Once student names are submitted, withdrawal from the selection process is not permitted.

The placement process commences with a series of Preliminary Interviews (PPT) conducted by recruiters with the student body. These interviews delve into the philosophies of the organizations and set expectations. The highest salary package offered during placements reached INR 31 LPA.
