Library

Indian Institute Of Management Library acts as a learning resource center for the IIM Jammu academic fraternity. The objective of the library is to facilitate appropriate and user-friendly access to current and relevant information for its patrons. The Library holds a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include Books, Journals, E-Databases, E-journals, reports, case studies, etc. The library is subscribing to electronic resources like ACE Knowledge Portal, Business Source Complete -EBSCO, Business Standard Digital Access, CRISIL Research, Ebook Central – ProQuest, Emerald Insight, EPW Digital Archives, EPWRF-India Time Series, ETPrime, Euromonitor Passport, INFORMS PubSuite, Magzter-Newsstand, Science Direct eJournals and Statista. IIMJ Library is a fully computerized library using Open Source Software KOHA-LMS for its housekeeping operations. The Library offers convenient campus-wide access to digital resources through its subscription to e-databases & e-journals and also facilitates finding out the real-time availability of library materials from their computer terminals.

Computer Centre

Indian Institute Of Management Computer Centre has a fast and reliable computer network of more than 500 devices. The institute has 40Mbps to 1 Gbps Internet leased line connectivity. All the Hostels, Faculty Blocks, Administrative blocks, Classrooms, Library, LAB, and Sports areas are connected through wired and Wi-Fi connectivity. All the blocks are connected through L2 & L3 switches (all the switches are linked through OFC) to provide connectivity at the user end. Three High-end Servers are used for computing and networking tasks. A firewall and Squid Proxy Server are used for access control. Three classrooms have a seating capacity of 100 students and have two projectors with the audio system classes. Every faculty and office room has a dedicated LAN connection on the Institute's network to provide round-the-clock access to resources on the Internet. Wireless network is also enabled in the Mess, Bank, and Security Blocks.

Sports Facilities

The Indian Institute Of Management attempted its great to offer an environment wherein college students can execute their hobbies, activities, etc. Various sports activities and facilities, along with the system and coaches, are to be had for all of the college students enrolled in the institute.
