Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad admission 2022 is typically conducted in two stages. The initial step is the filtering of students based on eligibility criteria. In the second stage, the final selection process and counseling are scheduled for the candidates who satisfy the eligibility criteria. Based on the reservation category, the seat matrix is confirmed. 

IIT Hyderabad UG Eligibility Criteria

1. For B.Tech candidates should have a minimum of 75% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology as main subjects.
   
2. For B.Des candidates must have passed the qualifying examination, class XII or equivalent with physics, chemistry, and mathematics as the subjects.
   

IIT Hyderabad PG Admission 2023-24

IIT Hyderabad M.Tech admission 2023-24 presently offers a few postgraduate courses. For M.Tech admission, candidates must fulfill the eligibility requirements as prescribed by the institute. IITH M.Tech admissions are strictly based on the institute guidelines, in force at the time of entry.

IIT Hyderabad PG Eligibility Criteria

1. For M.Tech candidates should have a degree in BE/ B.Tech or M.Sc with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognized university. They must have a qualified GATE with a valid rank.
   
2. For M.Des candidates are expected to have a minimum aggregate score of 55% (50% for SC/ ST categories) in qualifying examinations such as the CEED exam.
   
3. For MA, M.Sc candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university, in any discipline, with a minimum of 50% marks.
   

IIT Hyderabad PhD Admission 2023-24

IITH Ph.D. admission states that a candidate with a GATE score is offered direct admission for a PhD. However, if a candidate has not appeared for GATE, the institute conducts its entrance exam for IIT Hyderabad PhD admission. The Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad has a joint PhD program with Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. All first-year PhD students are eligible for admission to the cooperative PhD program. Under this program, the selected students get to spend one year at SUT doing research. The selected students will be jointly guided by an IIT Hyderabad faculty member and a SUT faculty.

IIT Hyderabad PhD Eligibility Criteria 

IIT Hyderabad eligibility criteria require a candidate should have a master's degree in the relevant discipline. Master's degree in Engineering/ Technology/ Medical Sciences/ Veterinary Sciences/ Pharmacy in a relevant area with a minimum Cumulative Performance Index (CPI) of 6.5 or 60% of marks.
