• Invitation - The training and Placement cell (TPC) will send invitations to various organizations to participate in the IIT BHU Varanasi placement drive.
• Job Application Form/ Internship Application form (JAF/IAF) - The interested companies should fill out a JAF/ IAF that contains details of the job profile and the company's requirements and submit it to the TPC.
• Pre-Placements Talks - Dates and slots will be assigned to the interested companies by the TPC to conduct the written test or online test.
• Shortlist - The list of shortlisted students for the final IIT BHU Varanasi placement process will be mailed by the companies to the TPC.
• Interview - The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the organization.
• Final Listing - The company will provide the list of final selected students.
