The placement activities at IIITDM Jabalpur are carried out by the training and placement cell at the institute. They provide workshops and training to enhance the career growth of the students. IIITDM Jabalpur also provides training programs on soft skills so that students can easily achieve placements. As per the 2020-21 placement report, more than 100 companies, including various multinational organizations, visited IIITDM Jabalpur. The institute achieved the highest package of 43 LPA in the year 2020-21 by Microsoft. More than 450 offers were made to the students who are graduating in 2020-21.
