IIBM, Navi Mumbai With a full-time head of placement and campus relations, a distinct placement center is established. In order to set up internships and placements for students on campus, the Center maintains ongoing connections with the industry and other companies. 

Using both internal resources and qualified external resources, the Placement Center arranges pre-placement training, soft skills training, interview skills training, mock interviews, personality development, and professional skill development to prepare individuals for corporate environments.  With internal faculty support, the Placement cell operates under the direction of the Campus Relations and Head Placement manager. 

Key Features Of The Placements

• The IIBM, Navi Mumbai Placement Centre Using both internal resources and qualified external resources, the Placement Center arranges pre-placement training, soft skills training, interview skills training, mock interviews, personality development, and professional skill development to prepare individuals for corporate environments.
• Additionally, one faculty mentor is given to every 20 students. Placement coordinators and mentors offer career guidance to students and assist in bridging the gap between academia and industry.
• Encouraging industry contacts among students through internships, workshops, and lecture series, as well as preparing them for corporate placements, is another crucial function of the Placement Cell.
• Every year, employability examinations are conducted by the Placement Cell for all eligible students who are willing to participate in placements.
