3. The placement model at the Four-stage four stage process, includes the Pre-placement activities, Career Guidance, Executing Placement, and Post-placement reviews.

In addition to providing placement support to the students, the University also facilitates training of students in the organizations during summer and winter vacations, project work for the students in the final year, continuous institute-industry interactions, alumni activities, participation in exhibitions, fairs, seminars and concounselingounselling of the students on job opportunities, facilitating industry visits and inviting distinguished speakers.

1. The University Placement Advisory Committee (UPAC) reviews and assesses the various placement activities of all the Institutes of Nirma University and gives inputs to enhance the overall placement of students.

2. The Committee meets at least twice a year, once before the campus placement and second, after the placement process is completed.
