The library is already subscribing to 102 periodicals in print and about 1435 e-journals, including national and international journals and magazines, and e-books covering all streams of Engineering and allied subjects. The Institute Library is computerized and planned to be housed on a separate floor covering 18000 sq. ft. The area with separate stocking area, periodical section, technical and maintenance section, Binding section, and two Reading halls – one inside the main library and the other Reading Hall where the students can read their books.

Sports

ISTK, Yamuna Nagar Sports Complex has Badminton courts and table tennis tables. Resources for other indoor games like caroms, and chess are also available. There are basketball courts and volleyball courts adjacent to the football & cricket ground. The students are divided into different groups which compete with each other every weekend in all sports activities. The Institution teams of Football, Basketball, Volleyball, and Cricket participate in various local and state-level tournaments.
