3. The placement model at Nirma is a four stage process, involving the Pre-placement activities, Career Guidance, Executing Placement and Post-placement reviews.

University Placement Advisory Committee

1. University Placement Advisory Committee (UPAC) reviews and assesses the various placement activities of all the Institutes of Nirma University and gives inputs to enhance the overall placement of students.
   
2. The Committee meets at least twice a year, once before the campus placement and second, after the placement process is completed.
