ADMISSIONS
IPM welcomes students from all streams (science, arts, commerce, engineering, etc.). At IPM they enjoy the best of both the worlds – a top-class Management curriculum and teaching method and the convenience and affordability of the local setting. In addition, there are opportunities for overseas exchange programmes.
Eligibility:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (under 10+2+3 system) in any discipline, with at least 50% marks, from a University recognized by UGC/AIU/AICTE. Candidates in the final year are also eligible, provided they furnish the proof of having met the minimum eligibility criteria before the commencement of first term examination.
A valid score in any of the management admission tests namely CAT /MAT/ XAT/ ATMA/ JMET/ CMAT/ GMAT any other management entrance test score recognized by AICTE.
Admission Procedure
Candidates seeking admission should fill up the prescribed Application Form and submit the same to the Admission Office.
The Application Form along with the Brochure can be obtained from the Institute by payment of Rs 500 or it can be downloaded from the website and submitted to the institute along with a demand draft of Rs.500 in favour of ‘Institute of Productivity & Management’ payable at Lucknow.
Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI):
• The date(s) for GDPI would be intimated to the shortlisted candidates through email and letter.
• Information regarding GD/PI dates will also be available on the website
Admission Offer
Final selection of candidates in the PGDM programme will be based on a careful evaluation of the applicant’s academic record, entrance test score, group discussion and personal interview score. Successful candidates will be informed via e-mail / letter. The selected Candidates must pay their first installment of the fee within the stipulated time as mentioned in the Admission offer, failing which offer shall stand withdrawn. Ineligible candidates are liable to be rejected at any stage of the admission procedure and in all matters of admission; the decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding.
