ITM University, Gwalior Admission is open for all UG and PG courses for the academic session 2024-25. The application fees depend on the program in which program you want to be admitted. The ITM University is also accepting applications for Lateral Entry Courses, Online Degree Programs, and Distance Education Courses.

The University also offers admission to a Ph.D. based on an entrance exam conducted by the University followed by an interview round. The University conducts the ITM NEST entrance exam for admission to its various courses.
Admission to all the UG and PG courses is done based on merit in ITM NEST conducted by the University followed by counseling.
The University also accepts valid scores in JEE Main for admission to B.Tech. course.
NATA score is also acceptable for admission to the B.Arch program.
CMAT/ MAT/ XAT/ ATMA or CAT-qualified candidates can also apply for admission to the MBA program.
MP Pre MCA entrance test conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) and the GATE score is also acceptable for admission to MCA and M.Tech courses respectively.

ITM University Ph.D. Selection Criteria
Admission to the program is based on a written test conducted by the university.
Candidates must have completed a Master’s degree or M.Phil degree from a recognized institution in a relevant field.
A valid GATE score or UGC / JRF qualification or the equivalent fellowship is required for engineering courses.

Download the admission form and submit it along with the admission fee of INR 1000 by Cash/Credit/Debit Card/Net Transfer or DD issued in favor of ‘ITM University payable at Gwalior with all the required documents.
Offline Mode
Application forms can be acquired from the Counseling Cell of the university for a fee of INR 1000 in cash or DD.
