Jai Narain College of Technology offers a B.Tech course for the duration of 4 years in six specializations. It is mandatory for the applicants to have passed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one of these as an elective subject, viz. Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology with minimum 45% marks (40% for residents of MP who belong to reserved category).

A two-year M.Tech program is offered by JNCT Bhopal. Candidates who have completed BE/ B.Tech in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% marks, in the case of SC/ ST/ OBC categories of MP, the minimum qualifying mark is 45% (excluding creamy layer) are eligible to get admission in the M.Tech course. Selection of the candidates is done on the basis of the GATE score followed by counseling.

JNCT also offers a 2-year MBA program at the PG level. Candidates must have completed graduation in any stream with a minimum of 50% marks and 45% in the case of SC/ ST/ OBC candidates of MP.
