Janson Institute of Technology offers a full-time B.E program with five specializations. Eligibility for admission requires candidates to have completed their 10+2/HSC with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or vocational subjects, securing a minimum of 50% marks (45% for BC/BCM and 40% for SC/ST/MBC & DNC candidates). Additionally, candidates must be residents of Tamil Nadu.

Candidates are selected based on their merit in the 10+2/HSC exams through the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) counseling process. TNEA is conducted at the state level by Anna University, Chennai.
