• Jaya College of Arts and Science has been conducting placement and training programs for the past 10 years and we have been training our students to guide them to choose the right career and to give them knowledge, life skills, and aptitude skills.

• We have been successful in maintaining our high placement statistics over the years. We have a separate Placement cell that works in organizing career guidance programs for all students to help them make the right choice in their careers.

• We train our students from 1st year onwards to meet industrial and organizational expectations. Through our training programs, students are provided with all the needed knowledge and help to develop their skills. We also encourage students to involve them in all the programs like personality development program, Communication skills, and Aptitude training.
