The Training and Placement Department interacts around the year with corporate houses to explore the possibility of training and job placement of JNCT students. A large number of Multi-national and reputed companies including Government Sector agencies like the Air Force, Navy, and Army, have been regular visitors for campus placement in the college. The college has more than adequate infrastructure for conducting online/offline technical tests for the companies. JNCT also organizes Campus Drives which are open to students of LNCT Group of colleges and other institutions. The placement record of JNCT is one of the best in the State among privately owned Engineering colleges.
