JSSCACS, Mysore College's Training and Placement Cell is essential in helping all UG and PG graduates find suitable jobs and launch prosperous careers by offering guidance and comprehensive support. All through the year, the Placement Cell works to connect students with industry partners. Before the students take part in campus recruitment, we make sure they are trained in accordance with the needs of the companies. All enrolled students participate in career advising programs run by the Placement Cell. To satisfy the demands of the employment industries, the cell organizes a variety of training programs, such as workshops, seminars, GD, communication skills, soft skills, mock tests, and interviews.
Tasks carried out by the Training and Placement Cell
- Interaction for campus recruitment with the most reputable organizations.
- Presentations on Training and Placement at Different Companies.
- putting on seminars and workshops about developing soft skills, interviewing, and writing resumes.
- arranging the scheduling of every Placement-related activity.
- assisting students in being placed in reputable organizations.
