Kunwar Asif Ali Kaiser Jahan Degree College has a large and well-maintained campus and offers a tranquil learning environment. Library and Reading Room:

College students have the privilege of utilizing the reading room in the library during their free periods, where they can access newspapers, magazines, and books.  Additionally, a photocopying facility is available for both students and teachers, allowing them to obtain necessary portions or pages from books and magazines at a nominal charge of Rs. 2.00 per page. 

Library Rules:

(a) Membership to the college library is restricted to regular students only.

(b) Each student is allowed to borrow books for two weeks, with only one book issued at a time.

(c) If a student wishes to retain a book for an extended period beyond two weeks, they must have it re-issued for the subsequent two weeks.

(d) Reference books are not available for borrowing by students.

(e) Failure to return a book within the specified time will result in a late fee of Rs. 1.00 per day. If a student consistently delays the return of a particular book three times, their membership may be revoked to accommodate other students' needs.

(f) Books should not be marked with a pen or pencil by any student. Violation of this rule may lead to the cancellation of the student's membership.

(g) Books must be returned in the same condition as when issued. If a book is torn or damaged, the student will be fined the full price of the book.

(h) In the case of a lost or unreturned book, the student will be charged the full price of the book without exception.
