Facilities and Infrastructure

3. Two Boys hostel can deal with a hundred and fifty inmates placed near the Institute Girls' hostel can accommodate a total of 100 inmates located close to the Institute.

Residential Accommodations

Two Boys’ hostels can accommodate a total of 150 inmates and two girls’ hostels can accommodate a total of 100 inmates located close to the Institute.

Library

The library of Karnataka Govt Polytechnic Mangalore is a knowledge center with a vision to serve the information needs of its students and faculty. It has a good collection of over 25000 volumes covering all branches of Science and Engineering. The library has textbooks, reference books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, data books, etc. In addition, the library has subscribed to 8 newspapers and 10 magazines to meet the general requirements of its users. The library also has seating arrangements for users to read books and prepare notes.
