KCE is a placement cell of the institute that manages and handles all the placement-related activities. KCE placement cell provides placements to the graduating students of the Karpagam College Of Engineering by organizing on-campus placement drives. KCE placement cell also provides training and skills development programs like soft skills, language and communication skills, life skills, awareness of trends in technology, and more to the graduating students before KCE placement drives. According to the data provided by the institute, over 690 students were placed in the KCE placements 2022 with Rs 4,20,000 per annum offered as the KCE median salary package.

We have upheld ample placement opportunities throughout the years, so several companies are willing to engage with our campus for the recruitment process. Various students have been placed in reputed companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, Amazon, Zoho Corporation, Informatica, Cap Gemini, Accenture, Infinite, Purple Slate, Sandpits Foundries, Rently, Stanadyne, Tata Consultancy Services, Ultramain Software, and many others. Our students have been attending 3 assessment tests (AMCAT) conducted by Aspiring Minds as a practice to become familiar with the aptitude content as industry standards.

A student will undergo an average of 250-300 hours of training during his entire stay on the campus. Experts are invited to train the students as per industry needs. • To start with the placement cell contact the various companies and invite them to the campus drive.

• As it goes the placement cell is approached by the companies in response to the invitation and thus the details of the final-year student's details are shared as per the requirement of the companies and the dates for the placement drive are finalized in a mutually agreed manner.

• On the day of the placement drive to Carter the need of the organization the requirements for the pre-placement talk, written test, online test, Group Discussion, and Interview are arranged at the college.

• After the various shortlisting stages the students are finally interviewed and the list of shortlisted candidates is shared with the placement cell. After which the results are announced by the placement office with the consent of the organization.
