Kathir College Of Arts And Science, Coimbatore Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the college. This cell is headed by a full-time placement officer supported by department-level co-coordinators. The Cell is to guide students to choose the right career and to give knowledge, skill, and aptitude and meet the manpower requirements of the Industry.

TPC plays a crucial role in locating job opportunities for undergraduates and post-graduates passing out from college by keeping in touch with reputed firms and industrial establishments. The Placement Cell operates around the year to facilitate contact between companies and graduates. The number of students placed through campus interviews is continuously rising. On invitation, many reputed industries visit the institute to conduct interviews.

The department is geared up to provide its quality services not only in employment to students during studies, but also their employment ability through well-planned and organized training and personality development programs and their development to face the corporate world.
